This was a tough one today…Helps to think about all the soldiers that have died for all of us!
I kept thinking I can run this little bit, I’m alive and well. Be thankful!!!!
It worked….I PR’d by 37 seconds….
I was happy about it, I didn’t think I was going to be able to beat my time.
