Ibuprofen…Friend or Foe

Disclaimer…always get the help of a medical professional when making decisions about any medications.
I have never been an advocate of taking ibuprofen or other anti inflammatory drugs for muscle soreness. I did, however, think they had a place when dealing with joint, ligament or tendon inflammatory issues. Check out this article. Very interesting. Definitely changed my mind. Be sure and read all the comments too. There is some good info there, especially for people dealing with tennis elbow.
