Nutrition and Training

We’ve all talked about it before. Nutrition is at least as important as the WODs when it comes to over all health and aesthetics. This article, entitled “You can’t Out-Train a Bad Diet,” from CrossFit RVA regarding nutrition and and your training says what we all know to be true in yet another way. Drastic body changes, elite fitness and consequently health are achieved only when good nutrition is combined with CrossFit. Check it out it will be worth your time.

  1. I did the whole thing!! YAHOO!!

    I modified by doing jumping pull-ups and sit-ups with the ab-mat.

  2. about 18:30 (can’t remember exactly)
    About a 4 min PR! And I used the red band for the pullups this time instead of the blue.

    I went straight thru the pullups except for 21, 18 and 15 which I split in two.

  3. Nice work Nans and Tom. Joann also had a 2 minute pr on this one. Just wanted to let everyone know in case she doesn’t post.
