AM Class

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Push ups, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Ring dips 5 reps

Post number of rounds completed to comments.

  2. 3 rounds + 6 pushups

    Took it a little easy on my forearms by doing jumping ring dips. Started to fail on the handstand pushups so raised it up to 3 plates and an abmat.

  3. 2 rounds plus got to push press and did 6. I did handstands but could not push up so held for 15 secs the 1st 2 rounds and 10 secs the 3rd round. Boy my arms were shaking just doing that. Push Press was 43lbs and total failure on ring dips even tried to do jumping and could not even hold 1. Its got to get better, Right!!!!!
