50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Two minutes more than last time, but I felt pretty bad after being a little sick earlier this week.

  2. I cut it in half, sheesh thats all I could do. time was 22.03 minutes and did everything but the double unders. I tried to tuck my knees up high and may have retorn my miniscus. Going to have shots next week. :( I hope its not torn.
