CrossFit Challenge
On August 8th at Marymoor Park the Firefighter/Police CrossFit challenge will be taking place. It is a great family event that benefits the NW Burn Foundation. Steph and I will be taking part in a four person team event and I will also be in the two person team event with Jay from CrossFit All In. Click the image above for more event information.
