Sometimes ya just gotta’ cheat…

If you’re gonna cheat pick your carb loaded, insulin spiking, gluttonous death snack and your occasion well. Here I am pounding one of my favorite cheats, an Albertsons maple bar, with sprinkles of course. Ever since I was a kid Maple bars have been a weakness of mine and Albertsons has got all the other grocery stores beat in my opinion. This one tasted especially good because it was enjoyed at Carlie’s 3rd birthday party. When I cheat there is no guilt, no worrying and no working harder in the next WOD to make up for it. It is just part of life. I pick my moments, try and keep them as few and far between as possible and then get on with life. Food and guilt should have nothing to do with each other.
By the way, doesn’t my camera phone make me look all cloudy and heavenly? Post thoughts to comments.
