man I want her leotard….
Well ~ here is how I see it, if my shoulders are flexible & I can pull that bar “back” over the center of my foot when I’m in the hole, my posterior chain is taking the brunt of the work instead of having to sit too far back & crank on my knees.
Stay tuned for part two where I give my two cents. I also want that leotard…
