Jump and Shrug with Straight Arms

I don’t think this picture could be more perfect. This is what I am talking about when I say jump and shrug with straight arms. Kris has gotten the full power out of her hip, knee and ankle extension because that power is beingĀ transfered through a rigid spine and straight arms. Another great point to notice here is how close the bar is to her body. She obviously got her knees out of the way of the bar on the first pull allowing her to get it in on her thighs before jumping. Nice work Kris.
