Annie, Pretty embarrassing as i flopped around on the ground doing situps and did my single unders (100, 80, 60, etc. not sure what the sub was) total time was a blistering 16:21

Nice work getting it done at home. Love the commitment! Sorry I didn’t get to your email. Good job subbing. Most often I will have people sub tuck jumps, but 2x single unders work too. The bottom line is do something, record your time, and improve on it next time!
