Bumper Plate Medley/Paleo Chili Wrap Up

We had 12 people complete the Bumper Plate Medley in approximately 600 square feet.

That’s a good overhead postition no matter what you are lifting.

Vertical shin, vertical torso. Perfect lunge.

I’ve always said that pregnant chicks doing bumper plate squat cleans are the best.

The Bumper Plate Push Jerk. What other gym is going to teach you that. Just another way CFS is giving you more.
Now for the moment you have all been waiting for…the Paleo Chili Cookoff winner! Before we get to that important info, let me just share some thoughts. Glenn’s baby back ribs that accompanied his chili…ridiculous! It was great hearing Rich talk about how he couldn’t use his tomato paste because it had high fructose corn syrup in it. Amazing what you will find in packaged foods! I loved all of the team effort between husbands and wives. Spousal teamwork, if that’s not a good thing I don’t know what is! Experiencing all of the amazing chili recipes that were all so healthy was great. I hope every one walked away realizing that eating healthy food doesn’t have to be boring or flavorless.
