Washington Sectional
On February 27th and 28th at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds the Washington Sectional for the CrossFit Games will be held. The top 20 males and females from this two day event move on to the NW Regional on May 15th and 16th at the Puyallap Fairgrounds. The top 3 men and top 3 women from this six state event go on to the CrossFit Games in Aromas, California-literally the worlds proving ground for some of the world’s fittest people. The cost for entry into the Washington Sectional is a ridiculous $50, but I will tell you this, CrossFit is one of the most exciting spectator sports going. And even better than that…maybe you will get to see me do burpees! If that’s not worth the price of entry I don’t know what is! Seriously though, if you can make it you won’t be disappointed. You will see people at the top of this sport giving everything they have, a sure recipe for inspiration for your increased work capacity!

There were some crazy delicious PRs on the 5k today. You can see a couple here. Dawn shaved over a minute of hers and Ryan had a nice PR today too.
