		<description><![CDATA[I have a great recipe, to share....Pollo Al Chipotle (chicken chipotle)
6 chicken breasts
4 tbsb olive oil
2 tbsb lime juice 
1/2 tsp garlic salt 
10 med. garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped onion 
1 pint heavy cream
7oz. chipotles in adobo sauce

Marinate chicken in oil, lime juice, and garlic salt. for an hour.
grill chicken and top ih sauce
to make sauce . saute onion and garlic, put in blender with cream and chilies.    
What I did was cut up the marinated chicken and cooked it in a pan with garlic and onion, then I blended the cream and chilies, and poured in with the chicken.  I added mushrooms too.     This is pretty spicy so use less chilies if you don&#039;t like spicy food.  I made a spanish salad on the side too.  You could probably add any vegetable to this also.]]></description>
