  1. My memory is a little fuzzy on the numbers:
    HPSU 60ish (2 abmats & plate)
    Squats 120ish
    Pull Ups 20 something (blue band)
    Push Ups 16? (on knees)

  2. I was having a tricep issue so I modified this one a bit:

    5 minutes double-unders: 125
    5 minutes situps: 130
    5 minutes squats: 116
    2 mnutes pullups: 32
    1 minute pushups: 16
