The Warrior Series: What is your battlefield?
“Cry in training. Laugh in battle.”
I have used this quote before. Yes, maybe a little dramatic for many of our lives, but the principle holds true. So the question is what is your battlefield? Post answers to comments.

Unlike many Hero’s who attend CFS and put their lives on the line when they step into their office, My battlefield is a desk at our house and sitting on an airplane traveling around the PNW. I have seen a marked improvement in my ability to tackle a 12 hour day since starting CF and reducing my Undisciplined Nutritional Intake and feel it has made me a better father, husband and more valuable to the company that writes me checks every two weeks. I also think that stronger people are harder to kill and generally more productive (Mark Rippetoe)
I think this workout is my battlefield. Seriously.
Burpees! UGH!
my ability to be a good father…
my ability to balance all the slices of life…
my ability to get BAMBOO SHIRTS!!!
22:?
scaled the hspu with 2 ab mats and 10# plate
scaled pu with blue band
Battlefield? The mental game….
also: running and box jumps
Great job today everyone!!!
22:44 (had to do HSPUs to 1 abmat)
Love is a battlefield!! (just kidding…just a child of the 80′s).
My battlefield is slippery discs! Argh!
Marie, I love that you put running down as your battlefield. You can do it!
My battlefield: Fighting the good fight against Periodontitis and Cavities (yep, I’m such a nerd); Hmm… School, and everything else that life throws at me.. BRING IT ON!!!!!
15:56 Rx’d
Go, CFS!!!!!!
Heartache to heartache we stand……
Slippery discs make me bitter!
Thanks for the encouragement on the running!
19:??
2.5 ab mats, rest rx’d.
Another battlefield: too many tropical pancakes in my house.
CFS makes me laugh so hard, you people are crazy!
I don’t have a battlefield because I’m a lover, not a fighter.
My battlefield is food. I love it. I love bad food, good food, food that is just misunderstood. I LOVE FOOD. and it loves me back in the form of love handles, and flab. But sometimes its just coming to the WOD. Getting in the car when its sunny and warm and saying it will all be over soon. Then the pain begins and whammo its over. And I haev conquered my battlefield for yet another day. Until tomorrow battlefield!
…no promises, no demands. (Wait a minute, wasn’t Pat Benitar a hooker in this video?)
1 ab mat 36:14ish
My battlefield is any workout these days. They’re killing me! It might be this 20+ pound weight vest I’m packing around. We’ll see in another 5 weeks…or six weeks…hopefully not 7 weeks!
