    Felt motivated this morning to keep pushing myself throughout and felt like I achieved it 95% of the wod. Feeling good about this one!

    First sets were actually getting higher reps with each round as I got the technique better, though that &~$# rack position still eludes me and occasionally rocking forward on toes.

  2. Rx’d the weight (it was heavy!), but only managed 4 rounds in 32:10.

    95# Front squat instead of thrusters due to shoulder issues.

    Thank you Cheek family for running me in during the last 400 m. This was my almost 2nd cry of the workout! You guys are the best!

  5. 21:36 Still at 95# on the thrusters.Great job on everyone that rx’d the weights. Shawn, how did you do that in 21:41? BTW Andrea ran away from Amy and I on the last 400m. There is no quit in the Stein family.
