  1. 6 rounds plus about 12 seconds runtime (50-100 meters. Maintained about 1:37 – 1:39 400 meter pace.

Lucked out and had Brad to keep pace with and Shawn to chase after most of the run. Thanks guys! You both really helped me push myself on this WOD.

    • Whoops! I see now that we were supposed to post the distance. So about 2450 – 2500 meters (6 x 400 meters + 50-100 meters).

  2. 6 rounds, 3 seconds off from starting the 7th, arg!
Just to reiterate what Jeff will tell, just run all out, you get plenty of rest.

The early crew were all talking about how much harder we run with the positive, encouraging and energetic atmosphere of Crossfit Snohomish. We all felt that we run measureably harder at CFS. I was very pleased with myself today because I felt I ran at near 100% the whole time, but it’s a rare day I’m able to maintain that effort level when running/sprinting on my own. Awesome morning Maria, John, Brad!!

  3. No Laughing. 1600 meters Four (4) rounds with a blazing average 400 time of 2:40. Was not able to start the fifth as I only rested 1:16.
