Mayo
Up to this point there have not been really any store-bought Mayo’s I am happy with. All of them have some horrible oils like Canola or vegetable oil as the base. Even Best Foods Olive Oil Mayo which you would think is made with only olive oil has soybean oil in it too! If you are not up for making your own mayo (which is really quite easy) Wilderness Family Naturals has one with high quality ingredients. Check it out here.

The 50 burpees in this WOD, after already doing 20-30 minutes of work, are some of hardest burpees ever.

I was feeling every one of my extra 30 lbs today. I’m looking forward to doing this one again after I get all leaned out.
50′s -ouch. May do this one tomorrow. Today we did the 3rd annual River Ridge Road @ the River: 700 yard swim across the river ( with a stiff current this year!), then hike over the mountain (1800 ft elevation change), then bike 23 miles around through Chelan and back to the River for a BBQ! Approx time 3 hours 35 minutes. There was about 12 who participated. Struggled wight the swim this year, but overall really felt the power difference since joining CFS last Sept.

Improvised at Pro Club between shifts. Did everything minus double unders (couldn’t find jump rope), kettle bells (ditto), and wall ball shots (they didn’t wanted me throwing stuff against the wall . . . imagine that!). 29:58
Missed out on this lovely wod this weekend so I completed it today (Mon 7/11) 39:30 Note to self: need work on knees to elbows. burpees still stink, after surgery, before surgery, always. John- thanks for, once again, encouraging me to keep moving.
Good job cranking through a hard wod to while solo. Keeping the solo motivation can be tough.
