    12 rounds + 10 Push-ups
    Push-ups were the killer for me today…and tried to concentrate on strict form PU…thanks Jeff for being the Push up police this morning.

    I don’t think I could’ve done much more today, at least not well. Good feeling walking away with that.
    I personally appreciate Jeff’s constant attention to form. Even (especially?) the minor/tweak/refinements. I know it can be awkward telling adults what to do, but keep it coming! Only makes us get even more out of it.
    This will probably sound wrong, I mean this completely as a complement, I think Mark’s tougher than he first appears. He puts in great work! Huge amount of push ups and good ring rows today. (and Ellen’s push ups look great for someone just able to use both arms again. guess that other work paid off)

  3. 16 + 5 squats

    2 rounds less than last time. Push-ups were my downfall as well. I usually can go about 8-10 minutes into Cindy before I have to break them up. This time it only took about 5 minutes. Wasted a lot of time there. Triceps still tired from HSPUs this weekend. Those are such a weakness for me that they destroy my arms and shoulders for days afterwards.

    I am putting HSPUs and push-ups on notice that I will not rest until I conquer them. You will be mine. Oh yes! You will be mine…

    Push ups definitely were the killer here. Trying to keep proper form will slow you down.

    Was fun watching Annie crank out all those double-unders today – how cool was that.

  6. 8 rounds + 6 push ups. Rxd. Note to self: need to work on push ups. Thanks, Jeff, for your help on the double unders today.
    Nice job Dwayne, your push ups were amazing! Yay Annie for all those double unders!!

    Not a pr, those push ups just gave out today.
