    Came in feeling sore and not up to the challenge but coach Casey took care of all that. 🙂

      1. Did this one today, took about 35:00 but I rx’d it, super happy about getting through all of the pull-ups! Those are always, always where I break down.

  3. Rx only 91. I got to work on that chest to bar stuff. I think I did twice as many pull ups but half didn’t count. Casey your a heck of a coach and Wendy I think I can do more reps hearing you yelling great things! This is a great gym so glad I am now doing crossfit with this team.
