First Lieutenant Travis Manion, 26, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, assigned to 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Pendleton, California, was killed by sniper fire on April 29, 2007 while fighting against an enemy ambush in Anbar Province, Iraq. He is survived by his father, Colonel Tom Manion, mother Janet Manion, and sister Ryan Borek.

    On 4th round i rowed 500m for the run. Running got slow! I admit on the last 2 rounds i allowed myself to walk to the first set of mailboxes before i started my big man shuffle.
    WAY more back squat volume then I’ve done in a long time.

    1. I had such a great time doing this wod yesterday with a great group and then was able to coach another awesome group !!
      Everyone pushed through and gave everything they had !!!
