    53# KB and DU’s started at 15 per minute and dropped down to 8 by min 5 – picking up KB at the 30 second mark

  3. A: in spite of saying I would go light for shoulder … still went to 120# (sigh)
    B: 50 SUs + 70#KBS, very happy to do all 5 min w/ the 70!
    Good to channel Arnold (and Yoda) w/ Tony this morning. I liked your form Tony – better than mine!

    B. 44# KB – was able to complete all reps every round

    B: 44# KB got ‘most’ of the reps ‘most’ of the time.

    B. 70# kb and did as many DUs as I could. The last couple did 30 singles then as many DUs avg 5-10 kbs
