  4. Love all the PRs out there!
    Reminds me the big (generalized) difference between CrossFit and Globo Gyms. You meet a lot of people with memberships to those places that can’t honestly say it’s made a difference to their health. (Not all but many) and few say they enjoy going, more of a chore than fulfillment.

    But it’s a rare day that you find somebody that does CrossFit for a year and will say “you know what, it didn’t really make much of a difference. Just went through the motions.”

    Proud of the CFS peeps and the good the CFS community does in many ways!

    35# bar – slow and easy with thrusters, back squats, and lunges; all other movements rx.

  8. 32:09, 11 rounds. Hand hurt too much to grip the bar for another round. Sorry Wendy, my lumberjack hands have not fully developed yet
    42# bar, 26# kb, blue banded pull ups and 2x singles. Did K2E successfully for a workout for the first time
