    The sunrisers are such a great class! I’m so impressed with how they can work out hard that early!

  2. Part A: 17:30 subbed 25 calories on the bike for running. Did everything else Rx and even did all the pullups in sets of 5. Usually do 10-5-3-1-1-1-1….. So that’s a little better.
    Part B: 5:20 Rx. Need to find the right adjustment to fire off my legs on GHDs.

  3. A: I can’t remember my time, but I ran!! 200 meters each time, 10 wallballs w/10#, and 10 pullups
    B: 4:32 with good mornings 22# bar, and plank/side plank/side plank

  4. Showed up and survived
    A) struggled to breathe during the 2nd 400m run with the smoke outside and had to abort. Wendy kindly wrote IDK for my time instead of DNF
    B) good mornings with 11# bar and sit ups with 8# WB
