Open Gym

Every Wednesday for the rest of August it will be Open Gym for all classes.

This is a great time to get the Hero WODs completed.  We have 4 Heroes to still Honor before our summer of Heroes will be completed .

    worst part was having to do the TGUs in a row. oiy!

  2. Did a modified Bull
    Only reps scaled were Pull-ups – 25 1st round and 10 2nd round
    scaled weight of OHS to #31

  3. Made up my own wod.

    5 power cleans, 80#
    10 WBS, 14#
    5 pull ups
    20 DUs

    Intended to be a 20 min AMRAP, but my hand tore, so I stopped with 4 rds in 15:25.
