This year is all about the twos: two-person teams will take on two sets of workouts over two weeks. It starts September 20 and ends October 2.

CrossFit Team Series is back!!!  Teams are already being made at CFS.  Grab your partner now.  Watch the video and then sign yourself up.  We will be doing these WODs at the Gym so why not try to gain bragging  rights.

    16:38 half RX
    Did squat cleans for round plus 5 then realized my shoulder could handle the jerk as long as I used my legs mostly. RX last 15 clean and jerks.
