The time has come Coach Taylor has programmed and 8th and final round of our Blue Friday Throwdowns.   If you have any by weeks to make up they must be done by tomorrow’s end of Open Gym.  I will then need you to email your score and what WOD you did.  If I have missed posting any of your points on the spread sheet please also email and I will get them added.  Good Luck Everyone!!

    You are bastard coated bastards with bastard crème filling. The barbell never tells you how much to lift, you tell the barbell where it is going, how much it will weigh and that it will like it. Kettlebells float like butterflies because they’re scared to do anything else in front of you. You are in glorious control of everything.
