If this is your first year with Blue Friday its very important to wear you Seahawk Swag.  Its been known that the Hawks feel our Mojo and always win after a CFS Blue Friday WOD!!! 🙂 🙂

5 Snatches 75/55

6 KB Swings 53/35

7 Pull Ups

8 Knees to Elbows

9 Box Jumps 24/20

10 Double Unders

11 Burpees

12 OH  Walking Lunges 75/55

  • You know the drill for this WOD and if not don’t think its as simple as it looks  hahahahahahahahh

  1. Last year, I did this wod while 8 months pregnant. This year, I think Shawn should do it with a 30# wall ball duct taped to his stomach.
    Just sayin’. 😀

        1. Oh, don’t worry. I worked out until my due date. If Wendy repeats last year’s Blue Friday wods, there will be additional opportunities. 😉

  2. 35:00 thru 12 and made it to 3 pull Ups on the way to the finish. RX wgt.

    Last year I finished in 42 mins w out the cap.

    not a PR but definitely the best I could do on Dec 1 @ 5:30am. 😀 got to get K2E out of my head.
    I repeat K2E are for dodgeball rejects. And yes, I only have this opinion because I suck at them.

    Hardest part of this WOD, having done yesterday’s WOD, oiy! 😀

  5. 33:40 too much scaling to list. Thanks Wendy for patiently reminding what a snatch is every single time they came around. Thanks Val for reminding me to put weights on a lighter bar (that really helped). Happy 2 year anniversary!

  6. Timed capped and got to the burpees then back through the 5 snatches – 36# and step-ups; everything else rx.

    Called this my ‘back-saver/have to walk in heels tonight’ pace 😂

  7. Thank you everyone for all the wonderful words today. Of course those that have been around me for a while know I am crying right now!!!

    There aren’t enough words to express how truly grateful I am for the outstanding coaches I am lucky enough to have and all the amazing people that have trusted their health and well being to CrossFit Snohomish. I can only hope everyday I do the best I can to insure everyone feels important and knows that everything I do is to help them be the best version of themseleves.

    I can’t wait to see what the future brings and GOAL CRUSHING that comes with it !!!!

    35 min cap out. didn’t finish the last round. Last year took me 39 and change this year stopped at the 35 min. 😒

    Great job 930 squad!

  9. Hit the 35 min time cap.
    Got through 2 back squats in the round of 11, rx-ish. (K2E were more knees to triceps, but since I’d never done them in a wod before, I’ll take it.)
