  1. A) 8 – 1 round had 3 ab mats, all other had 2 ab mats and was able to do 3 in a row. Not pretty but small improvement.
    B) 30, 32. 30 (*Schwinn) Totals Cals/Round w 85, 95, 105#’s PS
    #Darklifters!

  2. A: 6 rounds x 6 each 36 w/ 1 pad
    B: 1+6cal/75, 1+10cal/85, 1+13cal/95, comical how hard the 5’s and 10 were to get during the rests. (needed to up the weight a bit).
