		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the demonstrations, Mags and Joey. You both were great!  :)  Worked up to 90#, form suffered beyond that. Double unders felt great but the squat box jumps were challenging without the  extra momentum of swinging arms!  Nice job, tonight Betty and thanks for the great instruction, Jeff.]]></description>
